Introducing Sarah Ellison:
I am a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and an NLP Master Practitioner as well as the founder of Profluence Ltd. After completing my studies at Manchester Metropolitan University in 1996, I achieved a BSc Hons Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (SLT). In the same year, I began working for the NHS in East Lancashire. I qualified as an NLP Practitioner in 2001 and as an NLP Master Practitioner in July 2013.
I have 27 years’ experience of assessing and treating a wide range of speech and language difficulties in both children and adults. I specialise in stammering in all age groups - children and adults.
I also have extensive experience with speech and language difficulties in children. My approach is holistic and tailored to individual need – to enhance emotional well-being, confidence and resilience. I offer assessment and therapy sessions in clinic.
As well as being a qualified Speech and Language Therapist and holding a HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration, I am also a member of RCSLT (Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists) and of ASLTIP (Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice).
